They’re called Vocal Function Exercises, created by Dr. Joseph Stemple, and they work wonders for getting your voice back in shape. 🎶
Here’s how to do ‘em:
1️⃣ Sing an [i] vowel at mezzo-forte volume
2️⃣ Glide through pitches on “whoop” and “boom”
3️⃣ Phonate an [u] vowel quietly and as long as you can, starting at middle C and working up to G in whole steps
